Emergency Rudder: in case of loss of main rudder

Easelly hooked to the windvane tower through pintles and gudgeons
A clamp solidely secures the windvane tower to the horizontal axis of the self-steering gear
Emergency rudder surface (12 in. by 24 in.) provides a good manoeuvrability.

The emergency rudder can also be used on preexisting self-steering gear. The fastening points will however be different, since no gudgeons are welded on the tower. Please contact us for more information.
